To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Cookware that has been used, damaged, scratched, or modified in any way (other than damage caused during shipping) is not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds or replacements will be issued. To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to follow the process outlined in the help section of our store, which includes providing your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
For returns, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product, wrong size, or missing parts). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you received a free shipping promotion on your original order.
When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit. Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that it meets our eligibility requirements.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account, depending on their processing times.
For exchanges, if your request is approved, we will process your exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item. We also reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for items that are returned in non-original condition, though this is rarely applied.
