FAQ

What materials are your cookware made of? Our cookware is crafted from high-quality, food-safe materials designed for durability and optimal cooking performance. Most of our collections feature heavy-gauge stainless steel, cast iron, or non-stick ceramic coatings—all free from harmful chemicals. Each material is selected for its heat distribution properties: stainless steel for even heating and versatility, cast iron for retention and searing, and ceramic non-stick for easy cooking and cleanup. Detailed material information is available on each product’s individual page.
Is your cookware compatible with all stovetops? Most of our cookware is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction stovetops. However, some specialized pieces (such as certain cast iron items) may have limitations. To ensure compatibility, check the “Product Details” section on each item’s page, where we clearly note which stovetop types are supported. Induction-compatible cookware will be explicitly labeled, as it requires magnetic properties to work with induction stovetops.
How do I care for and clean my cookware? Care instructions vary slightly by material, but most of our cookware is easy to maintain. For non-stick ceramic pieces, use soft sponges and mild dish soap—avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaners that can damage the coating. Stainless steel and cast iron can be cleaned with warm water and soap; cast iron may require occasional seasoning to maintain its non-stick properties (detailed seasoning guides are available in our help section). All our cookware is dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its lifespan.
Do you offer a warranty on your cookware? Yes, we stand behind the quality of our cookware with a limited warranty. The warranty period varies by product line, ranging from 1 to 5 years, and covers manufacturing defects (such as cracks, warping, or coating peeling) under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, neglect, or accidental drops. To claim under warranty, you will need your order confirmation and photos of the defect, as outlined in our warranty policy.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed? We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, but we may be able to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it or change the shipping address—you will need to follow our return process if you no longer want the item.
What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free return policy for unused, unopened cookware within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect (in which case we will cover return shipping). Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Used cookware cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Why is my order taking longer to deliver than expected? Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or international customs processing (for international orders). You can track your order’s progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is significantly delayed, please check the carrier’s website for updates or refer to our help section for further assistance.
Are your products tested for safety? Absolutely. All our cookware undergoes rigorous testing to meet global food safety standards. We ensure our materials are free from harmful substances such as PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium. Each batch of cookware is tested for quality and safety before being added to our collection, so you can feel confident using our products for everyday cooking.
